AI technologies are being employed to reduce costs and expedite content creation, making it challenging for traditional actors to compete.
Recent statistics reveal that out of approximately 128,000 micro-dramas released in China during the first quarter of 2026, about 122,000 were produced with the assistance of AI, according to CNA.
