Early Prime Day Discounts: Exciting Offers for Galaxy S26 Ultra, S25 Ultra, Poco F8 Ultra, and X8 Pro Max
Preparing for Prime Day
From June 23 to 26, 2026, Amazon will hold the highly anticipated Prime Day. However, there is no need to wait long, as Amazon Germany has already started early Prime Day deals. These offers are only accessible to subscribers, but you can use a free trial period to enjoy these attractive discounts.
Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and S25 Ultra
One of the main highlights of these deals is the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and S25 Ultra. If you are unsure which model to choose, we have provided an in-depth comparison to help your decision. The Galaxy S26 Ultra features a Privacy Display, the latest Snapdragon processor, and better battery life with faster charging. However, this model loses the titanium frame found in the 2025 model.
Meanwhile, the differences between the Galaxy S26 and S25 are more noticeable. The European version of the S26 uses the Exynos 2600 chip, unlike the Snapdragon used in other models. Despite this, the S26’s battery capacity increases by 300mAh, making it more efficient. Unfortunately, the cameras on both models have not seen significant updates.
Comparison of S26+ and S25 Ultra
The Galaxy S26+ seems unable to compete with the S26 Ultra, and it arguably does not need to due to the significant price difference. However, currently, the price for the 512GB version of the S26+ is equivalent to the S25 Ultra 512GB. Although the S25 Ultra is an older model, it has an advantage in the camera department, which has not been updated in the last five years. The S26+ may have better battery life, but not much beyond that.
Unlike the S26+, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge is also included in this early offer. Although it lacks a telephoto lens, the 200MP 1/1.3” camera sensor from the Ultra remains on the Edge. The slim and lightweight design of the Edge makes it more appealing, despite its smaller battery capacity compared to the S26+.
Poco F8 Ultra and X8 Pro Max
On the other hand, the Poco F8 Ultra offers enticing specifications at a competitive price. The base model with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced around €650, while upgrading to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage costs only slightly more. Featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, a 6.9” 120Hz OLED display, and a large 6,500mAh battery, the Poco F8 Ultra delivers outstanding performance for its price. Additionally, its triple 50MP camera setup makes it an attractive choice in the market.
The Poco F8 Pro is also available at about €500, although with slightly lower specifications. However, the previous generation Snapdragon 8 Elite and a 6,210mAh battery still make it a solid option for users who do not require the highest specs.
Motorola Edge 70 and Others
Motorola is not left out of these early deals, with the Edge 70 now discounted by 50%. Despite its slim and lightweight design, its battery life is somewhat disappointing. With a 6.7” 120Hz OLED display and a 50MP main camera, the Motorola Edge 70 remains competitive, although the results are not as good as expected.
Also included are the Samsung Galaxy A37 and A57 with attractive offers. While the A57 offers a better discount and is the superior choice, both have the same 5,000mAh battery capacity.
However, for those looking for Samsung phones in the €400 price segment, there are still many other interesting options to consider.
