Erajaya is launching the erafone Shopping Festival (FBe) 2026, featuring impressive clearance sales of up to 94% and 0% installment plans over 24 months. This event runs from August 15 to October 11, 2026, across all erafone outlets in Indonesia. The festival comes as a response to the global rise in smartphone prices.

According to Jong Woon Kim, Deputy CEO of Erajaya Digital, the prices of smartphones are continuously climbing. “Many people ask me when is the best time to buy. The answer is now, as prices might be different tomorrow,” he stated during a press conference on September 22, 2026.
Exclusive Discounts and 0% Installments
In addition to the clearance sale, FBe 2026 offers extra discounts of up to IDR 1.5 million with 0% installments for 24 months for customers using selected banks, including BCA, BNI, BSI, CIMB Niaga, HSBC, and Bank Mandiri. Customers can also take advantage of a special low-price program starting at IDR 14,000, exclusive benefits worth up to IDR 12 million for OPPO products, and a two-month wave program from OPPO.
Collaborations for Enhanced Shopping Experience
To enhance the shopping experience, Erajaya is partnering with Indodana, XL, and BCA to provide special offers that allow customers to maximize their savings while purchasing gadgets. Jong Woon emphasized that the series of discounts are a strategy to alleviate the impact of rising material and memory prices on consumers.
Annual Preparations for Price Increases
Erajaya prepares for the FBe event well in advance each year to address trends in price hikes. Although the complete data analysis for this year is still ongoing, they report that sales performance is better than the previous year. The highlight of FBe 2026 includes a Carnival-themed festival running from September 21 to 27, 2026, at the Grand Atrium in Kota Kasablanka, Jakarta. This seven-day event will feature various attractions such as fun podcasts with popular podcasters, personalized pin engraving, and a newspaper photobooth.
“Despite the growth of online shopping, we believe that physical experiences hold a special place for our customers. This carnival is part of our strategy to provide that experience while allowing customers to interact closely with erafone and our partners,” said Joy Wahjudi, CEO of Erajaya Digital.
