After a meeting concludes, Quick Notes will automatically appear in the main tab of a generated Google Doc. Additionally, users will receive a similar summary directly in their email.
Customization and Control
As Quick Notes is an integrated part of the existing "Take notes for me" feature, there is no need for users to enable it separately. This functionality is available to all Workspace users and Gmail users who subscribe to Google AI Pro or Ultra. Starting September 29, Google will also give users the flexibility to disable the note-taking feature for specific calls, allowing it to be activated only when three or more participants are present.
