Itel has unveiled its latest budget smartphone, the Itel A300+, designed for users seeking functionality without breaking the bank. Priced at just over two million Indonesian Rupiah, this device promises an impressive combination of features, including a unique dual-screen setup.
Innovative Dual-Screen Design
The standout feature of the Itel A300+ is its interactive 2.01-inch rear display. This secondary screen allows users to check notifications, control music playback, and even take selfies using the primary rear camera. Geza Febriandi, Itel Indonesia's Marketing Manager, highlighted that this feature typically appears in much pricier smartphones, making the A300+ an attractive option for young consumers who want to capture moments without being glued to a screen.
Convenient Daily Use
The rear display is not just for looks; it offers practical functionality. Users can easily glance at the time and notifications without unlocking the main screen. Moreover, when music is playing, the display showcases the album cover along with controls for pausing or skipping tracks. This feature enhances usability for those who enjoy listening to music on the go.
Exceptional Battery Life
The Itel A300+ comes equipped with a massive 7000 mAh battery, ensuring longevity throughout the day. The device incorporates advanced charging technology that employs AI to learn user charging habits, along with bypass charging to minimize strain while using the phone during charging. Additionally, it supports reverse charging, allowing users to share power with other devices.
Robust Specifications
Beyond its dual screens and battery capabilities, the A300+ boasts impressive specifications. The main display measures 6.78 inches with a 120Hz refresh rate and can achieve brightness levels of up to 700 nits. Under the hood, it is powered by a MediaTek Helio G81 processor, paired with 6GB of RAM that can be virtually expanded to 12GB. Users also have access to up to 128GB of internal storage, providing ample space for apps and media.
Durability and Entertainment Features
The Itel A300+ is built to last, featuring a military-grade body and IP65 certification for water and dust resistance. For entertainment, it includes dual speakers capable of delivering 300% volume, enhancing the overall audio experience. Additionally, the UltraLink feature enables free voice calls between devices via Bluetooth, maintaining connectivity even at distances of up to 1.5 km without needing cellular service. The Smart Noise Control 3.0 feature further improves call clarity, making conversations more enjoyable.
With a launch price of Rp 2,199,000 available exclusively on Shopee and TikTok Shop by Tokopedia from October 10 to 16, 2026, the Itel A300+ is positioned as an appealing option for those seeking a feature-rich smartphone at an affordable price.
