After a long wait of six years, the Indonesian Call of Duty: Mobile (CODM) community finally experienced the excitement of an offline Grand Finals. The CODM Major Series 2026 was not just the culmination of the season but a momentous occasion for fans eager to return to live events.

Held at the Atrium Mal Taman Anggrek, this year's Grand Finals symbolized a return to competitive CODM after the offline event planned for 2020 was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The venue, chosen once again by Garena, brought fans together to witness the pinnacle of CODM competition in Indonesia.

The Grand Finals was designed to be more than just a tournament. It was a community festival featuring showmatches with popular figures such as Garok and Lordvan, interactive activities, official merchandise, and live music performances by Sara Fajira and Dyolow. EVOS: A Promising Debut
One of the highlights of the tournament was the debut of EVOS, a team built on the foundation laid by R1SKY and Nyx, key players from Farras Esports, augmented by veteran A1MER. Their strong performance led them to an impressive start, even defeating Vizualz Esports in the Upper Bracket Semifinals. However, their journey concluded in the Lower Bracket Finals, where they narrowly lost to Vizualz Esports with a score of 2-3, ultimately securing a commendable third-place finish.
Vizualz Esports: Dominating the Competition
For Vizualz Esports, the Grand Finals 2026 served as a platform to showcase their resilience. After being pushed to the lower bracket, they fought back fiercely, eliminating their opponents and avenging their earlier defeat to EVOS with a close 3-2 victory. In the grand finale, Vizualz Esports displayed overwhelming dominance, sweeping El Tantrum 4-0 to clinch the title of CODM Major Series 2026. This victory marks their third Major Series championship, previously winning Season 12 and Season 13 under the name ABC Esports. As champions, Vizualz Esports and El Tantrum will represent Indonesia at the CODM World Championship – Garena Qualifier.
