This unique format adds excitement, with teams needing to achieve a Match Point status to claim victory. The Match Point Eligible status requires a team to reach a specific score after the 12th match, but winning a match or securing a Winner Winner Chicken Dinner (WWCD) is essential to clinching the title.

The total prize pool for PMWC 2026 is $3 million, distributed across the various competition stages. In addition to the main prizes, the Final MVP will receive a bonus of $25,000, approximately 447 million IDR, recognizing outstanding individual performance.
